To facilitate collaboration among all teams involved in fulfilling an order, this tool is provided where they can indicate observations or considerations about the activity they are carrying out.

Add a new comment
Criteria to add a new comment:
- The user must have the permission to view shipping orders enabled and the specific permission Comments: Create.
Steps to add a new comment:
- From the system's main menu, go to the Shipping Orders menu.
- Search for the shipping order you wish to review.
- You can access the order in two different ways:
- If you have permission to edit shipping orders, click the button
.
- If you only have permission to view shipping orders, click on the order number.
- If you have permission to edit shipping orders, click the button
- Within the shipping order, click on the Comments tab.
- Type the comment you want to add in the following text field.
- Click Post, which will allow other collaborators to view your comment.
When other collaborators access the order, they will see this notification indicating the number of new messages shared since their last login.
View all comments
Criteria to view comments:
- The user must have the permission to view shipping orders enabled and the specific permission Comments: View all.
Steps to view comments:
- From the system's main menu, go to the Shipping Orders menu.
- Search for the shipping order you wish to review.
- Access the order using either method:
- With shipping order edit permission: Click
.
- With view-only permission: Click the order number.
- With shipping order edit permission: Click
- Within the shipping order, click the Comments tab.
- Click View all comments.
- This will display a dialog showing all comments, with options to edit or remove those you created.
Edit a comment
Criteria to edit a comment:
- The user must have the permission to view shipping orders enabled and the specific permission Comments: Edit own.
- The comment to be edited must be your own.
Steps to edit a comment:
- From the system's main menu, go to the Shipping Orders menu.
- Search for the shipping order and access it.
- Within the shipping order, click the Comments tab.
- Locate the comment to modify (in comments section or View all comments dialog).
- Click Edit.
- Make necessary changes and click Edit.
Delete a comment
Criteria to remove a comment:
- The user must have the permission to view shipping orders enabled and the specific permission Comments: Delete own.
- The comment to be removed must be your own.
Steps to remove a comment:
- From the system's main menu, go to the Shipping Orders menu.
- Search for the shipping order and access it.
- Within the shipping order, click the Comments tab.
- Locate the comment to remove (in comments section or View all comments dialog).
- Click Delete.
