To facilitate collaboration among all teams involved in fulfilling an order, this tool is provided where they can indicate observations or considerations about the activity they are carrying out.

Add a new comment
Criteria for adding a new comment:
- The user must have the permission to view Receive orders and the specific permission Comments: Create enabled.
Steps to add a new comment:
- From the main menu, go to the Receive orders.
- Find the Receive order you want to consult.
- You can access the order in two different ways:
- If you have permission to edit Receive orders, click the
button.
- If you only have permission to view Receive orders, click on the order number.
- If you have permission to edit Receive orders, click the
- Within the Receive order, click the Comments tab.
- Write the comment you want to add in the following text field.
- Click Post, this will allow other collaborators to view your comment.
When another of your collaborators enters the order, this notification will appear, indicating the number of new messages that have been shared since the last time they entered.
View all comments
Criteria for viewing a comment:
- The user must have the permission to view Receive orders and the specific permission Comments: View All enabled.
Steps to view a comment:
- From the main menu, go to the Receive orders.
- Find the Receive order you want to consult.
- You can access the order in two different ways:
- If you have permission to edit Receive orders, click the
button.
- If you only have permission to view Receive orders, click on the order number.
- If you have permission to edit Receive orders, click the
- Within the Receive order, click the Comments tab.
- Click View all comments.
- The previous step will show a new dialog like the following where all other comments will appear, and you will have the option to edit or delete the ones you have generated.
Edit a comment
Criteria for editing a comment:
- The user must have the permission to view Receive orders and the specific permission Comments: Edit Own enabled.
- The comment to be edited must be your own.
Steps to edit a comment:
- From the main menu, go to the Receive orders.
- Find the Receive order you want to consult and enter the order.
- Within the Receive order, click the Comments tab.
- Find the comment you want to change. You can do this from the comments section or from the pop-up window to view all comments.
- Click Edit.
- Once you have selected the message to edit, make the necessary changes and click the Edit button.
Delete a comment
Criteria for deleting a comment:
- The user must have the permission to view Receive orders and the specific permission Comments: Delete Own enabled.
- The comment to be deleted must be your own.
Steps to delete a comment:
- From the main menu, go to the Receive orders.
- Find the Receive order you want to consult and enter the order.
- Within the Receive order, click the Comments tab.
- Find the comment you want to delete. You can do this from the comments section or from the pop-up window to view all comments.
- Click Delete.
