When a part number is created from the system interface, by default, this part number can be managed in all warehouses. However, there may be part numbers that will only be managed in specific warehouses.
Essential criteria:
- The user must have access to the account and the warehouses where the part number will be handled.
- The user must have the permission to edit part lists enabled.
- The part number name must be unique for the assigned account.
Steps to perform:
- From the Setup menu, go to the Partmaster.
- Click the Partmaster menu.
- In the Part Number column, type the name of the part number you want to adjust and press Enter.
- In the Edit column, click the
button.
- Click the Active tab.
- Uncheck the Enable in all? (present and future) box.
- Check the boxes for the warehouses where you want to enable the part number, for example, the Nacional-01 and WH03 warehouses.
- Press Save changes.
