Below, we guide you on how to create a webhook in Stock & Trace according to the type of message you want to communicate to the external system. Create a new webhook for Receive orders
This webhook is activated when a Receive order changes to the "Received" status and meets the specific configuration defined in the webhook.
Essential criteria:
- The user must have super administrator access.
- The accounts and warehouses from which information will be communicated must be configured beforehand.
Steps to activate the webhook:
- Create a new webhook and in the supported events section:
- Enable the Receive order received event.
- The above will automatically activate the communication of a message when an order from any client is received in any warehouse, taking as reference the information indicated in the following fields on the Receive orders.
- To communicate only the Receive orders from a specific client, in Account, uncheck the Allow all accounts box.
- In the dropdown list that will be enabled under Account, select the client from which the Receive orders will be communicated.
- In the dropdown list that will be enabled under Account, select the client from which the Receive orders will be communicated.
- To communicate the Receive orders from a specific warehouse, in Warehouse, uncheck the Allow all warehouses box.
- With the above, a dropdown list will be enabled under Warehouse; select the warehouse from which the Receive orders will be communicated.
- With the above, a dropdown list will be enabled under Warehouse; select the warehouse from which the Receive orders will be communicated.
- Complete the webhook configuration as usual.
Create a new webhook for Shipping orders
This webhook is activated when a Shipping order changes to the "Shipped" status and meets the specific configuration defined in the webhook.
Essential criteria:
- The user must have super administrator access.
- The accounts and warehouses from which information will be communicated must be configured beforehand.
Steps to activate the webhook:
- Create a new webhook and in the supported events section:
- Enable the Shipping order shipped event
- The above will automatically activate the communication of a message when a Shipping order from any client, in any warehouse, and to any destination is shipped, taking as reference the information indicated in the following fields on the Shipping orders.
- To communicate only the Shipping orders from a specific client, in Account, uncheck the Allow all accounts box.
- In the dropdown list that will be enabled under Account, select the client from which the Shipping orders will be communicated.
- In the dropdown list that will be enabled under Account, select the client from which the Shipping orders will be communicated.
- To communicate only the Shipping orders from a specific warehouse, in Warehouse, uncheck the Allow all warehouses box.
- With the above, a dropdown list will be enabled under Warehouse, select the warehouse from which the Shipping orders will be communicated.
- With the above, a dropdown list will be enabled under Warehouse, select the warehouse from which the Shipping orders will be communicated.
- To communicate only the Shipping orders that will be sent to a specific account, in Ship to uncheck the Allow all accounts box.
- With the above, a dropdown list will be enabled under Ship to, select the destination account to which the Shipping orders will be communicated.
- With the above, a dropdown list will be enabled under Ship to, select the destination account to which the Shipping orders will be communicated.
- Complete the webhook configuration as usual.
Create a new webhook for transfers between warehouses
This webhook is triggered when, through location changes, inventory is moved from one warehouse to another.
Essential criteria:
- The user must have super administrator access.
- The accounts and warehouses from which information will be communicated must be configured beforehand.
Steps to activate the webhook:
- Create a new webhook and in the supported events section:
- Enable the Location change event.
- To communicate only the inventory transfers from a specific account, in Account, uncheck the Allow all accounts box.
- With the above, a dropdown list will be enabled, select the account from which the inventory transfers will be communicated.
- With the above, a dropdown list will be enabled, select the account from which the inventory transfers will be communicated.
- To communicate only the inventory transfers from a specific warehouse, in Warehouse uncheck the Allow all warehouses box.
- With the above, a dropdown list will be enabled, select the warehouse from which the inventory transfers will be communicated.
- With the above, a dropdown list will be enabled, select the warehouse from which the inventory transfers will be communicated.
- Complete the webhook configuration as usual.
