To verify if a notification is set up correctly you have to check if the notification fulfill the next conditions:
- In Setup -> Companies list -> Account to be verified -> Notifications tab, verify the notification:
- It was created in the the account.
- It is enabled
- All the users that are going to receive the notification are assigned to it.
- It has assigned the right warehouse.
- It has assigned the right template
- If it is a periodic report, it must have a date prior to the day on the notification will start to be sent.
- In Setup -> Notifications -> Templates -> Notification template, verify the template:
- It has an English message, you have to make sure if it is the right message.
- In case the notification will be received by somebody who speak Spanish, the template must have a Spanish message.
- It has the required reports.
- It has an English message, you have to make sure if it is the right message.
- In Setup -> Notifications -> Status of deliveries, verify that:
- In the Current status column, the users have the Working status.
- In the Reactivate column, the users have a blank space.
- In Setup -> Users -> Users who will receive the notification, verify that:
- The notification is enabled in the profiles of each user who should receive it.
- The Block all notifications box is disabled.
