Automatic notifications are messages that are triggered by specific actions that your collaborators perform in different sections of the system. These messages are sent via email to notify your client, collaborators, or any other user who requires this communication about the work progress on Receive orders, Shipping orders, external integrations, among others.

Create a new automatic notification
- From the Setup menu, go to the Companies list.
- Find the account you want to modify.
- In the Edit column, click the
button.
- Click the Notifications tab.
- Select the type of notification to be sent to users in the Single notification dropdown list.
- Press Add.
- In the table below, click the
icon in the Edit column.
- Select the warehouse where the notification will be activated in the corresponding dropdown list.
- Select the template that the notification will use in the corresponding dropdown list.
- Press Save.
- In the Recipients column, click Add.
- Find and check the boxes for the users who should receive the notification.
- Press Save.
- Click Edit.
Disable an automatic notification
When you need to temporarily stop a specific notification from being sent, you can disable it to keep the entire configuration ready for when you need to re-enable it.
Steps to disable a notification:
- From the Setup menu, go to the Companies list.
- Find the account you want to edit.
- In the Edit column, click the
button.
- Click the Notifications tab.
- In the Notifications list, find the notification you want to disable.
- Click the
icon in the Edit column, this will open a new dialog.
- Uncheck the Enabled box.
- Press Save.
Enable an inactive automatic notification
If you have a previously disabled notification, you can reactivate it to resume sending automatic notifications without needing to configure it all over again.
Steps to enable a notification:
- From the Setup menu, go to the Companies list.
- Find the account you want to modify.
- In the Edit column, click the
button.
- Click the Notifications tab.
- In the Notifications list, find the notification you want to disable.
- Click the
icon in the Edit column, this will open a new dialog.
- Check the Enabled box.
- Press Save.
Delete an automatic notification
This is suggested when you need to permanently delete a notification and not keep the previously enabled configuration.
Steps to disable a notification:
- From the Setup menu, go to the Companies list.
- Find the account you want to modify.
- In the Edit column, click the
button.
- Click the Notifications tab.
- In the Notifications list, find the notification that you want to disable.
- Click the
icon in the Delete column, this will open a new dialog.
- Press Delete.
